LED Screen Monthly Maintenance Checklist and Log

A short monthly check catches small faults before they become expensive ones. Tick the checklist, then write one line in the log each month so you can see patterns over time.

No flicker, lines or unevenness between modules or cabinets
Brightness and schedule settings still correct

Cleaning (screen off and isolated)

Screen face dusted gently with a soft dry brush or blower, following the module maker's advice
Fan filters and ventilation openings cleaned
No water, insects or debris inside cabinets

Power and data

Power supplies running without unusual heat, noise or smell
Power and data connectors tight, with no burn marks or corrosion
Earthing connections intact
Sending card, processor or player running normally

Software and spares

Receiving card configuration backup still available
Spare modules, power supplies and cards counted and stored dry
