Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information MG TechLink ("we") collects through mgtechlink.com and the LED Screen Builders' Circle, and how we use it. We follow applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Information we collect

Enquiries and submissions. The enquiry and "Share with the Circle" forms do not store anything on this website. They open your own WhatsApp or email app; we receive only what you choose to send, such as your name, phone number, city and message.
Community accounts (when the forum opens). To create an account we will ask for a display name, email address and password, and optionally your city, trade and a profile photo. Your posts, replies and uploaded photos are stored on our hosting so the forum can display them.
Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps basic server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and performance.

Third-party services

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the contact page shows an embedded Google Map. These services may receive your IP address under Google's own privacy policy.
Messages you send through WhatsApp or email are also handled by those providers under their own terms.

How we use it

To answer enquiries and prepare quotes.
To run the community: show your profile and posts, send account and notification emails, and keep the forum free of spam and abuse.
To publish experiences in our guides, only when you have given permission, credited as you choose.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with others except our hosting and service providers, or where the law requires.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to close your community account.
Public posts may remain visible in other members' replies or quotes unless you ask us to remove them.

Security and retention

We use reasonable security measures, store passwords only in encrypted (hashed) form, and keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
