Can I buy directly on the website?
There is no online checkout. Send us an enquiry by WhatsApp, phone or email with the models and quantities you need, or just your screen size. We reply with price, stock and a quote, and confirm the order with you directly.
Do you share technical datasheets?
Yes. Every product page lists the full specifications, and every Qiangli module page has a button to download the manufacturer's datasheet as a PDF. For other products, ask us and we will send what the manufacturer provides.
Which pixel pitch should I choose?
A useful rule of thumb: the closest comfortable viewing distance in metres is roughly the pixel pitch in millimetres. A screen viewed from 3 m usually suits P2.5 to P3; a billboard seen from 10 m suits P8 to P10. See the pixel pitch guide, or tell us where the screen will go and we will suggest options.
Will the modules, cabinets and power supplies work together?
Tell us which module you are using and we will suggest a matching cabinet size, power supply and receiving card. The Qiangli datasheets also state how many modules each power supply size can drive.
Are you GST registered?

What about warranty?
Warranty terms come from each manufacturer and differ by product. For example, the Hangte LPA series power supplies carry a 2-year warranty according to their datasheet. We confirm the warranty for every item in your quote.
Do you supply customers outside Gujarat?
Yes. We supply LED screen builders across India. We confirm dispatch options and timing to your city together with your quote.
Do you sell or install complete LED screens?
No. We supply raw materials and components only: LED modules, cabinets, power supplies and control systems. We do not manufacture, sell or install finished screens. Your screen builder or installer can source all the parts from us.
I need a part that is not listed. Can you help?
Our online catalogue is still growing. If you need driver ICs, cables, magnets, connectors or another part, ask us. We may have it or be able to source it.
